Job Description

Interim Financial Accountant to join a Global Financial Services business based in Birmingham City Centre.Client DetailsMy client is a leading Financial Services business based in Birmingham City Centre.Description

  • Preparation and posting of month end and year end revenue workbooks
  • Review and analyse revenue performance during the period, providing commentary on variance analysis for inclusion in regional reporting papers
  • Leading the revenue team responsible for revenue recognition and credit control
  • Preparation of period end balance sheet reconciliations
  • Lead on projects aiming to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of revenue controls and processes
  • Support on the implementation of internal audit recommendations
  • Liaising with external auditors during component and local audits for revenue related items
  • Performing other ad-hoc duties as required by the Finance Manager
ProfileA successful Interim Financial Accountant should have:
  • ACCA, ACA, CIMA
  • Knowledge of Netsuite would be desirable
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
