Interim Property SolicitorBirmingham12 Months Fixed Term ContractAre you a talented Property Solicitor with varied Commercial Property experience Are you immediately available and looking for a new role within a fantastic Private Practice firm If so, please get in touch.About the role:As the Interim Property Solicitor, you will benefit from the opportunity to: * Advise on landlord and tenant and asset management work;* Advise on various property documents including agreements, deeds of easements, licences, deeds of variation, overage/option deeds etc;* Build and maintaining effective client relationships;* Run your own caseload; and * Negotiate with solicitors representing opposing parties where appropriate.About the Interim Property Solicitor:You will be a UK qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years of relevant Commercial Property experience gained within a reputable law firm or In-House organisation.Essential requirements include: * Excellent academics; * Proven ability to take on responsibility and manage files, independently where appropriate;* Strong client focus and a commitment to service delivery; * Drive and enthusiasm; and* Commercial awareness;About the organisation:The specialist law firm prides itself on improving lives, and its values are second-to-none.
