Job Description

TSR Legal are delighted to be working with a nationally renowned and Legal 500 recognised practice, who is expanding its team in Birmingham. We are currently seeking a talented and ambitious Insurance Litigation Solicitor with 2-5 years PQE to join the dynamicand growing firm.Responsibilities of an Insurance Litigation Solicitor: As an Insurance Litigation Solicitor, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a caseload of insurance litigation matters from inception to resolution.
  • Conducting legal research and providing accurate and timely advice to clients.
  • Drafting legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
  • Attending court hearings and representing clients in negotiations and settlements.
  • Collaborating with colleagues and clients to achieve favorable outcomes.
  • Working with Senior Associates, Partners and wider team for effective resolution for the clients.

Requirements:
  • Qualified Solicitor with 2-5 years PQE in insurance litigation.
