Job Description

My client, a reputable and well-established Legal 500 Law firm are currently recruiting for an experience Insolvency Fee Earner to join their offices in Birmingham.The Role:As the successful Insolvency Fee Earner, you will have a varied role which will mainly entail managing your own caseload of Litigated files that could include:

  • Insolvency
  • Repossession
  • General Commercial Litigation matters
    • Requirements: In order to be suitable for this role, you will be able to demonstrate at least 4 years experience working within a Commercial Litigation/Insolvency or Repossessions environment and have managed your own caseload.Whilst the role will involve a mix of Litigation work, it is crucial you are able to show a proven track record in dealing with Insolvency matters.It would be highly advantageous if you have experience in dealing with court hearings remotely but not a pre-requisite.Benefits:
