Job Description

Insolvency Administrator Birmingham £25,000 BCR/TH/10756 Bell Cornwall Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for an Insolvency Administrator to join a prestigious Insolvency Practitioners/Accountants based in beautiful offices. Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Manage 40 - 50 insolvency cases and progressing them to closure
  • Assisting in identifying prospective clients and preparing documentation to comply with Money Laundering rules and regulations
  • Liaising with Directors and Creditors - helping to draft and review formal reports to creditors and other stakeholders
  • Attending meetings of shareholders and creditors, agreeing creditors claims and making distributions to creditors
  • Meeting deadlines set by senior members of the team
  • Analysis and preparation of financial data
The ideal Insolvency Administrator:
  • Ideally Qualified in Accountancy or Insolvency, not essential
  • Experience working in Insolvency, with knowledge of processes and different types of procedures - ideally within a similar environment
  • Experience interpreting accounting information (advantageous)
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Passionate about insolvency, with a desire to develop knowledge and skills
