This includes trend analysis, interrogation of performance and root cause analysis and most importantly the provision of future forecasts and scenario modelling.For this role you will need to have significant experience in handling large and disparate data sets and the ability to understand, interpret, and translate this data into meaningful insight. You will have experience of working across disparate systems and making the best use of internal and external data sources to create meaningful and valuable insight.You will be passionate about making better use of data and supporting the business to understand and own it. They are on a journey to becoming data led and it is vital in this role you can, understand, interpret and present results and information to stakeholders in a variety of ways.You will thrive in working in a fast paced environment and should possess a high level of personal ownership and initiative. The ability to prioritise work requests and manage stakeholder requirements is essential and you will have significant role experience of ensuring the business has access to the right information at the right time.Excellent communication skills are a must and the ability to embed their partnering approach with stakeholders to understand, interpret and present data and KPIs that support the business on its continuous improvement agenda.Experience in the housing sector would be helpful although not essential.
