Insight AnalystMidlands/East of England with travel across our geography as required (currently homeworking)Up to £33,000 per annumPermanentYour analysis can improve lives.Our client is one of the leading housing groups in the Midlands and East of England, providing more than 23,000 homes and a wide range of care and support services, with a team of 1,300 colleagues.Guided by their shared values, their vision is to improve the lives of their customers and communities, focusing on two clear themes of work: Health and wellbeing and economic resilience.To help them deliver this ambitious vision their improvement and insight team is expanding and they are looking for a highly skilled Insight Analyst to support the Group to maximise forward looking data and insight to help decision making, strategic planning and the design of organisational improvement activities.The RoleYou will be an experienced Analyst who understands the importance and power of high-quality insight and how this can be used to drive their organisation forward and achieve their Improving Lives Strategy.Working closely with the Performance Business Partner and the wider Improvement team, you will provide the business with valuable business insight and analytics that drive performance improvement. This includes trend analysis, interrogation of performance and root cause analysis and most importantly the provision of future forecasts and scenario modelling.For this role you will need to have significant experience in handling large and disparate data sets and the ability to understand, interpret, and translate this data into meaningful insight. You will support the business through the provision of ad-hoc analysis as well as troubleshooting and resolving data issues.This is a really fantastic opportunity to make a real difference and provide valuable business insight that informs the decisions they make as a business to improve the lives of their customers.About YouYou will be a highly skilled Insight Analyst who is both passionate about the importance and power of insight to transform an organisation and proven experience in how it can really drive performance improvement and services for their customers.You will possess a high level of mathematical ability and demonstrable experience of working with programming languages and reporting visualisation tools. You will have experience of working across disparate systems and making the best use of internal and external data sources to create meaningful and valuable insight.You will be passionate about making better use of data and supporting the business to understand and own it. They are on a journey to becoming data led and it is vital in this role you can, understand, interpret and present results and information to stakeholders in a variety of ways.You will thrive in working in a fast paced environment and should possess a high level of personal ownership and initiative. The ability to prioritise work requests and manage stakeholder requirements is essential and you will have significant role experience of ensuring the business has access to the right information at the right time.Excellent communication skills are a must and the ability to embed their partnering approach with stakeholders to understand, interpret and present data and KPIs that support the business on its continuous improvement agenda.Experience in the housing sector would be helpful although not essential.
