Im currently working with a privately owned property investment and development business that manages some of the most interesting and historic commercial and residential properties in the West Midlands area and has been a leading light in the ongoing regeneration of Birmingham. They have a fantastic opportunity within their legal team for a paralegal to manage their own caseload of matters covering a range of areas across the business, including property, L&T work, commercial contract and Governance, litigation and general legal research. You will be educated to LPC level and ideally already have some experience in private practice, working in a commercial environment such as a Legal 500 firm where time management, IT skills, strong communication abilities (both written and verbal), and working to deadlines would be expected. Working closely with the Head of Legal and Governance, you will deal with a wide array of legal matters and build relationships with stakeholders within the business as well as agents and panel legal advisors. The role will be home-based initially with a structured induction and daily support from the team and Head of Legal, with a view to some office-based work in the future. The role offers a rare chance to deal with interesting and varied work on a day to day basis, as well as an excellent financial and benefits package. For further information about this in-house paralegal opportunity, please contact Andrew Cookson or apply via the link enclosing your CV.
