You will be primarily responsible for pre-sales and both proactive and reactivesupport of our and our clients infrastructure.This role also involves working with the Practice Lead and wider team in designing, piloting, and deploying innovative integrated solutions across the whole portfolio.There are three key aspects to the role:Support:You will provide 3rd line support, for both our and our clients infrastructure.Consultancy:You will work with the Hybrid Infrastructure team and collaborate with the sales team to ensure we are providing up to date and innovative integrated solutions that meet and exceed our customers expectations.Project DeliveryYou will work as part of the project delivery team to ensure a seamless and easy transition into project delivery and support.Day to Day this role is about:+ Technical Variety - Infrastructure & Networks, Security+ Presales Exposure - F2F experience in liaising with clients / new & existing. Confident and comfortable in scoping out new opportunities with new / existing clients, working alongside the sales team.+ Cloud / Azure Exposure - Essential+ Microsoft Server Technologies (Server 2012/2016/2019, SCCM/SCOM, MS SQL, SharePoint, Exchange, Skype for Business, Teams, Azure, Hyper-V)+ Collaboration - Ensuring you are working effectively and efficiently within the team to deliver maximum support when needed+ Exceptional Attention to Detail - Methodical approach to tasks / completer finisher.+ Customers - Building trust and good rapport working with end users (30%) and technical teams (70%)+ Communication - Proactively updating customers with friendly efficiency+ Team - Being a great colleague - helping and supporting the wider team to deliver+ Continuous Professional Development- accelerating your skill by driving your self developmentAbout You:Presales experience is essential, and you need to be confident and comfortable when dealing with our clients by f2f / phone / emailing. You will be both proactive and reactive when helping them, whilst delivering an exceptional customer experience.You will be ideal for us if you have 2yrs minimum experience or a broad depth of knowledge in Cloud / Azure. We have experienced technical mentoring ready to take you to a new level.You will be exposed to multiple cloud environments and prestigious brand name customers in a rewarding team environment, and you will have the exciting opportunity to deliver an end to end service for existing and new clients.Key Skills & Experience:+ High level of technical expertise in:++ Cloud - Office 365 setup and administration, Azure++ On-premises infrastructure - Servers, SANs, Server OSs++ Security - Identity and Access Manage management (AD, AAD & SSO), cloud, server and endpoint security+ Have a working knowledge of:++ Networking++ End User Compute+ Ability to mentor 1st and 2nd line technical staff to build on their skills+ Capable of handling complex escalated situations internally and externally with a strong level of diplomacy to achieve a positive outcome.+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
