Fully remote, home based Infrastructure Technician (3rd line) required. £37,000 base + benefits and can do a 4.5 day working week if needed. Key responsibilities 1. To develop, support and understand the key technical and infrastructure systems. This may involve out of hours working, as required to ensure maximum uptime for the systems. 2. Installing and configuring computer hardware and applications in line with manufacturers best practise guidelines. 3. Deliver technical changes in line with the defined processes. 4. Supporting the implementation and roll out of new systems and technology. Taking ownership of the roll out process from start to finish. 5. To ensure the security of the network, infrastructure and data stored on the network and I.T. assets. 6. Be the key contact for IT Security related best practice and incident resolution. 7. Provide backend server support as appropriate. 8. To provide trouble shooting of systems and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults. Experience: The ability to think logically and resolve technical issues and problems using a logical step by step process The ability to prioritise workloads Experience of managing Azure server architecture Experience in Microsoft 365 administration
