Independent Prescriber Pharmacist required in Birmingham, Rates of pay up to £65/ph, Block Booking.We require an Independent Prescriber Pharmacist who is flexible, dynamic, self-motivated, forward thinking and reliable in addition to being passionate about nursing, who is ready to lead and help shape community services for the Summerfield GP and Urgent CareCentre.Must be an experienced Independent Prescriber Pharmacist with specialist skills to assess and treat patients and manage the clinical environment, in liaison with the management and consultant team.The Independent Prescriber Pharmacist will act as an autonomous practitioner informing clinical decisions and complex management plans in the diagnosis, assessment and treatment of patients.
