ILR & Funding CoordinatorAston University Main Campus£27,116 to £32,344 per annumFull TimeContract: ContinuingRef: R210564We are looking for a skilled individual with experience of working in the Higher Education sector to join the Universitys Apprenticeships Team, who will be responsible for the apprenticeship Individualised Learner Records (ILR) and the quality of our apprenticeshipdata, including the monthly return to the Education and Skills funding Agency (ESFA). This role will also maintain student and apprenticeship management systems and support finance processes for apprenticeships.Reporting to the Apprenticeship Operations Manager, you will be expected to have thorough knowledge and experience in the production and submission of data returns including data collection, data quality checking, data coding and production of the finalfile. You will liaise frequently with other Colleges and Departments across the University to ensure invoicing and processing of employer and apprentice payments for apprenticeships are completed accurately and on time and meet the universitys compliancekey performance indicators. You will create and maintain tracking of data queries and payments, producing reports to demonstrate progress and trends, acting quickly to advise on opportunities for sharing good practice, or taking action to mitigate risks andnon-compliance.This is an ideal position for someone who is proactive, willing to learn and develop and has excellent attention to detail skills.
