Job Description

IES Modeller - Home Based - Permanent Ref: DB1480Competitive Salary Plus Benefits Our client is looking for a IES Modeller to join their well-established, multi-disciplinary consultancy. The firm have built up an excellent reputation in the construction sector with various residential and commercial projects.To be considered for this IES Modeller role you will have:

  • Have experience of using IESVE software
  • Relevant industry experience
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to visualise in 3D and interpret technical drawings
  • Brilliant time management and communication skills
  • Excellent relationship building and positive can-do attitude
Working as an IES Modeller you will:
  • Run Part L assessments for non-domestic buildings and modelling options to ensure compliance
  • Liaise with colleagues and clients to ensure all project objectives are met
  • Complete building models using IESVE
  • Produce overheating risk assessments as well as modelling mitigation methods
