HVAC EngineerMidlands - Birmingham £38,000 - £42,000We are currently working with a rapid growing FM service provider who are looking for a HVAC engineer (Combustion and refrigeration) in the midlands area. Our client is looking for a engineer who can carry out both PPMs and reactive work on commercial anddomestic properties.This is a ideal chance to further your career and join a business who looks after their staff and offers ample opportunity for growth and development.Working Hours : Monday - Friday 8:00 - 5:00pm with over time available Role : - Multi skilled engineer with a background in Gas safe combustion and Air conditioning- Working across multiple commercial sites in the midlands area and surrounding counties- PPMs and reactive work with repairs on both commercial and domestic boilers- Working within a close neat team either with other engineers or on your own- Along with HVAC tasks you will also be required to complete general maintenance- You will be responsible for your health and safety on site and compliance ensuring all jobs are logged correctly on the internal system- Delivering a high level of customer service and ensuring that high standards are delivered at all times- Working closely with the client on site to make sure any issues are escalated to the management team.Candidate :- Previous experience within the same role essential for a FM service provider looking after commercial sites- Relevant HVAC qualifications, Commercial Gas ticket COCN1, 2079 F GAS,- Must have held consistent work history with their employer for at least 2 years- Good worth ethic with strong communications skills- Team player with a desire to excel and grow within the business- Full UK drivers licence
