Job Description

Human Resources Administrator(DBS required)Reed are actively working on behalf of an outstanding educational organisation who are urgently seeking to appoint a HR Administrator on a temp or temp to perm basis to join their growing HR team, based in the South Birmingham area.This role will be pivotal in providing HR administration and support, acting as the first point of contact for all HR matters, policy guidance, management of talent, recruitment and employee benefits, including the employee lifecycle, compliance and vetting,maintenance of employee records and changes in employment.Key Responsibilities:• Acting as the first point of contact for all HR related queries from employees and external providers.• Coordinating the recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure an efficient candidate experience.• Provide support to hiring managers with shortlisting, interview arrangement and pre-interview compliance checks.• Undertake all pre-compliance checks in-line with recruitment procedures to ensure all new staff are compliant before commencing employment.• Support the HR Team Leader with relevant project work.• Maintaining accurate employment records, updating ITrent, HR trackers ensuring that confidentiality is always maintained.• Assisting with the preparation of management information to meet deadlines and HR SLA’s.To be successful in this role, you will need:• An Enhanced DBS.• To be qualified to Level 3 CIPD or Business Administration Level 3.• Excellent IT skills.• Experience of working to pressure and tight deadlines.If this opportunity sounds like it could be of interest to you, please apply ASAP!
