We’re hiring!Aon are currently recruiting a Hub Production Administrator to join our team in Birmingham. The Administrator will be primarily responsible for supporting the effective delivery of a variety of work to our client teams. This will include gathering and managingdata, following processes to perform automated pension and investment calculations, liaising with client teams and third parties, running reports and maintaining reference material and documentation.About the RoleYour impact as an Administrator:Support process driven operations in a busy production team within the UK Wealth part of the business.Follow defined processes and produce high quality output.Maintain data records accurately and in a timely fashion. Manage data in accordance with internal processes.Perform automated calculation routines for delivery to client teams.Produce regular client reports for client teams.Maintain records in workflow system.Liaise with internal and external parties to facilitate the provision of information to relevant recipients.Produce high quality deliverables for use by client teams in accordance with internal processes.Perform initial checking of colleagues work, with respect to data entry and basic report generation.Review and manage incoming tasks and mail daily.Ensure that all documentation is filed appropriately.Follow the agreed checking process.Responsibility for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adverselyaffect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company.Your knowledge and expertise:Educated to GCSE level or equivalent, including English Language and Maths at grade 4/5 (C) or above.Good at dealing with numbers.Experienced with handling data in databases.Good level of understanding and recent experience of MS Office including Excel and Word.Experience of working in an office/administration environment preferred.A good eye for detail.Highly organised.Ability to work to tight deadlines.Ability to manage their own time and task list.Good written and verbal communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build and maintain working relationships with both internal and external contacts.Ability to work with a variety of people.Team player.Works inclusively with a variety of individuals.Positive, can do’ attitude.Ability and willingness to challenge and suggest alternative solutions.Consistently acts with the highest integrity and professional standards.This indivdiual will need to work from the Birmingham office 2 days per week.
