This company is based nationally, with many sites across England, Wales and Scotland. They specialise in the fire and security industry, working with large clients across the UK. Due to ambitious growth plans, they are looking to add a HSQE Manager to their team.In this role you will be spending much of your time on the road visiting various company branches across the UK, managing the HSQE engineers and running the department, inducting/ training new employees on these policies, and ensuring that the company procedures are compliant with policies. The ideal candidate will have experience in HSQE within a electrical, fire and security, construction, or related field-ideally at a management/ supervisor level. Anyone with Health and Safety, HSE, or HSQ experience are still encouraged to apply. It would also be beneficial to have knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, and ISO27001, though these are not required. The Role: *Monday - Friday, 40 hours *Primarily based around the Midlands, with UK travel *Running the HSQE department, and HSQE engineers *Improving and optimizing company procedures, while ensuring they are compliant with up to date policies The Person: *Experience with HSQE - ideally to management level *Candidates with a similar background (Health and safety, HSE, HSQ) are encouraged to apply *Experience within the fire and security, electrical, or construction industry *Beneficial to have knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, and ISO27001 *Lives around the Midlands area or planning to relocate.
