Job Description

HR Systems Specialist - Snow Hill, Birmingham - Hybrid working - £40k +Are you passionate about HR/Recruitment data, systems, and the positive impact they can have on colleague/candidate experienceAs a HR Specialist, youll focus on the global processes and systems within a specialised area. This could be SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruiting, Recruitment Marketing, Onboarding, and the integration of data as well as the Position Org Structure.Benefits:

The successful applicant will have:
  • End-to-end experience working across a service delivery value chain, as well as working knowledge of tools used in a run team environment
  • Experience managing a backlog of problems and initiatives and the ability to prioritise this workload benefits
  • Experience of working in a large-scale global organisation, with complex matrix team working and diverse stakeholders. However, this is more desirable than essential.
  • Desirably a knowledge of the HR SaaS solution that may include Time Off, Fieldglass or Compensation
  • Experience in requirements gathering and driving true SaaS adoption, as well as SuccessFactors Reporting
