SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a HR Business Partner to join a fantastic organisation where there people are at the heart of everything they do. Salary: £36,371 - £44,624 Hybrid working - 2 days from home 3 days in the office Some travel across East Birmingham will be expected. Role - Focusing on project management of external employee relations contract, policy development and strategic projects such as wellbeing, talent management/learning & development, reward and equality, diversity & inclusion (ED&I). - Providing specialist advice, insights, coaching and facilitation, to senior managers, to develop creative people related solutions which will enhance the organisations performance and branding as an employer of choice. - As a People Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing People Management advice and leadership to a broad range of senior leaders contributing to, and influencing the development of the agenda and strategy, providing challenge and support, wherenecessary. You will work closely with the Director of People to enable the successful delivery of the people strategy and 1 year development plan. - Providing training & coaching to absence reviewers to ensure that the sickness policy is being implemented correctly & consistently - Signposting to & co-ordinating alternatives to formal processes such as mediation & counselling - Compiling accurate termly People data analytics. - Acting as point of contact with ACAS/Legal in the event of Tribunal claims being received - Researching and rolling out wellbeing and reward initiatives to support a positive culture of wellbeing - Working the SLT and Learning & Development Manager to identify & develop talent across the organisation through a structured succession planning and skills need analysis process. - Supporting the Learning & Development Manager with the Apprenticeship Strategy - Supporting with the roll out of the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion action plan Required - CIPD Level 7 or working towards - Experience of leading on EDI and Wellbeing strategies - Previous experience of working at HR/People Business Partner level
