Are you adetail-oriented HR Officerlooking to make a significant impact in the educational sector Reed HR is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join an award-winning team within an Academy based in Birmingham to enhance their dynamic HR team on a 12-month maternity cover contract.Salary: £30,295 - £36,648 per annumContract: Fixed term, 12-month maternity coverLocation: BirminghamWorking pattern: Term time only plus two additional weeks to be worked in the school holidays.As a HR Officer, you will provide the delivery of a proactive, effective and efficient day to day HR service for the academy, undertaking duties across a range of HR activities including payroll and data management/reporting, compliance,recruitment and selection and HR Policy guidance and associated HR administration.
