HR OfficerBirmingham£35,000 - £40,000A well-established engineering business with ambitious plans around growth and increasing market share is seeking a proactive, highly capable HR Officer.Following the appointment of a new HR Director who has undertaken a thorough review of HR and its service offering to the business, a decision has been made to recruit a highly proactive HR Officer that will provide a truly generalist service to a diverse internalcustomer base whilst supporting the HR Director on a number or HR and People related projects.The HR Director is keen to develop the level of service the function provides to the business, and as such, the HR Officer will be instrumental in this.
