You will shape, create and deliver projects and campaigns that will connect our people with ourpurpose. No day will be the same, you will have a diverse portfolio with a variety of stakeholders across HR and the broader business with the ability to collaborate with HR specialists across areas like Learning, Reward, Talent and Recruitment to delivermarket leading people solutions. Your project management and critical thinking skills will be key to helping with the design and delivery of innovate people initiatives, whilst your ability to harness data and analytics will be instrumental in your approach.You get to do all of this whilst being part of a fun, dynamic and supportive team who hold broad HR and project management expertise, alongside a passion for delivering to stakeholders and building a culture of continuous learning and coaching.In order to accomplish these outcomes, it is expected that the HR Consultant will:

  • Manage project delivery proactively balancing scope, schedule, interdependencies, budget and risks where applicable
  • Effectively manage complex relationships and drive high engagement with internal stakeholders across both HR and the broader business
  • Be responsible for effective project controls and procedures
  • Report progress, issues, dependencies and risks to relevant governance forums and make recommendations to influence decision making
  • Be able to effectively communicate and demonstrate how HR projects connect the people strategy with the broader business strategy
RequirementsTo be successful in this role you should be able to demonstrate the following experience:
  • Project managementdelivery of people projects from scoping through to post implementation review
  • Campaign management - ability to take a concept from ideation through to development and delivery.
  • Stakeholder managementideally across a complex, matrixed organisation
  • Influencing skills - ability to establish trust and credibility at pace
  • Flexibility, tenacity and resilience - when dealing with business demands and high-levels of ambiguity
  • Calm under pressure - ability to re-prioritise in very short timescales
  • Data analysisuse of multiple data sources to make decisions and tell compelling stories

This is a hybrid home and office role with Birmingham as a base.
