We are partnering with a brilliant and fast growing organisation in the West Midlands, to help recruit an experienced HR Business Partner.The role can be based remotely, but will need to be in the office 1 day a week (Head office in the West Midlands). There will be some home working flexibility also.The role requires strong HR Business Partnering experience, with experience of setting, shaping and implementing people strategy.Experience in working with a diverse client group across multiple locations is required, and candidates should have some ability to do some travel as part of the role (this will be fairly limited however).Candidates will act as a key advocate and influencer, working as a true partner to the Executive Management team of one of the organisations employee areas and will help shape culture, identify, design and implement people and learning strategies that supportwider business plans, and drive performance.Experience across multiple sectors would be ideal including exposure to the Not-for-Profit sector.The role ideally needs someone CIPD qualified with an in-depth specialist understanding of human resource management best practice.Please apply online with an up to date CV to be in consideration.
