Job Description

HR Business PartnerBirmingham - Hybrid working£45,000 - £50,000Are you a HR Business Partner looking for your next opportunity in the Birmingham areaThis is a great opportunity to support the development and delivery of an exciting people agenda, working within a highly successful professional services business based in the heart of Birmingham. This firm offers a comprehensive benefits package and hybridworking arrangements with 2/3 days spent in the office.bout the role:You would be joining our client as they embark on an exciting period of change and growth. This role is a true business partner position and works closely with the Head of HR across a wide range of people activities from supporting line managers with day-to-dayHR operations, to driving success through the early careers programs and everything in between. Duties will include:

  • Develop a deep understanding of your designated business area to understand the needs and challenges and providing support on HR expertise and best practice
  • Strategic partnering with the business and supporting on complex ER issues
  • Line management and mentorship of a HR Assistant
  • Coaching, guiding and upskilling manager capabilities
  • Lead on various HR projects including ED&I
  • Support the business with talent attraction, development and retention strategies
About you:
  • Experience of working as a HR Business Partner, ideally within professional services
  • Excellent knowledge of employment law.
  • A well-developed understanding of issues in relation to equality and diversity.
  • A high level of business awareness - an understanding of how in HR contributes to commercial performance of the business.
  • CIPD level 7 (or near to completion)
  • A proven ability to coach and influence multiple stakeholders at a senior level through strong business relationships.
