Job Description

Are you an HR Data Analyst willing to be part of fast-paced environment and modern teamThe HR Data Analyst position plays a critical role in supporting HR data reporting and contributing to the ongoing development of our HR System (iTrent).The Role: As an HR Data Analyst, youll play a vital role in delivering top-tier HR services through effective data and technology utilisation. Based in the Business Support unit, this role requires someone with an inquisitive mindset, aneye for detail, a passion for process improvement, and a love for all things data-related, from systems to spreadsheets.This position provides exposure to all HR disciplines and the broader business, offering opportunities to continuously improve processes through automation and streamlining, embrace new technology, and provide insights that inform critical business decisions.Problem-solving skills and a logical approach are essential as you work closely with the Senior HR Data Analyst to execute the HR Data Strategy.Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR Data support across the business.
  • Assist in developing systems and processes to enhance user experience.
  • Help create and maintain dashboards and data sets.
  • Produce documentation related to HR Data Team processes and information.
  • Identify and implement improvements in data collation and administration effectiveness.
  • Assist in producing timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • Support the development, testing, and implementation of the HR System (iTrent).
  • Manage and develop regular HR reporting using preferred tools (Business Objects and Power BI).
Key Skills & Experience:
  • Experience or understanding of HR operations (experience with HR Systems is ideal).
  • Proficiency in MS Office products, especially advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manipulate and analyse data effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex data sets into engaging insights.
  • Degree educated (or equivalent), CIPD Qualified, or Data-related qualification.
  • Proficiency in creating detailed spreadsheets, charts, and presentations.
  • Capacity to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Familiarity with HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee benefits.
  • Experience with iTrent HR System, Business Objects, and Power BI (ideal but not essential).
