Job Description

Hybrid, full-time permanent position offering up to £25,500 per annum depending on experience.Are you looking for your next step within HR Do you want to work for a fast-growing global company Then this could be the role for you! Based in Birmingham, the successful applicant will provide administrative and HR support to the HR Team, as well assupporting both internal and external HR customers.Key responsibilities of the role would include:

  • Managing the HR Helpdesk, including providing support for the Line Manager, HR Team, and other company employees, as well as assisting colleagues in interpreting HR policies and procedures
  • Carrying out the relevant background checks for onboarding employees in an efficient and thorough manner
  • Monthly payroll; collating and inputting all relevant information into the HR Information System
  • Filing, ensuring all personal files (both paper and electronic) are up-to-date, accurate and GDPR compliant
  • Resolving queries regarding incomplete, inaccurate or missing documentation
  • Contributing to the development and improvement of HR projects, policies and procedures
  • Other ad-hoc HR duties when required
Prospective applicants must have previous experience providing HR support and working within an HR department. They must have excellent communication, time-management and organisational skills; being able to maintain a high level of accuracy andconfidentiality with regards to employee matters.
