Are you a HR Administrator looking to join a leading 3PL distribution business in Hams Hall Working with a fun and vibrant team where two days are never the same, this ever-changing role offers variety in a fast-paced environment!Paying an attractive salary between £22,000 - £24,000 (depending on experience) youll be working in a hive of activity with constant variety.If you enjoy HR administration and want to join a progressive growing company this role is not to be missed!Reporting to the Resourcing Specialist your duties will include:" Weekly reconciliation of hours/holiday and absence within the Time & Attendance system for agency staff" Maintain integrity of data held in Time and Attendance System" Arranging interviews: - Sending confirmations to candidates/agencies, booking meeting rooms, ensuring hiring managers have the correct paperwork and informing Security of visitors" Input vacancies into the Applicant Tracking System (Success Factors)" Work with external agencies and support Resourcing Specialist with Warehouse/" blue collar" recruitment" Support hiring managers with note taking in interviews" Raise purchase orders for the HR function" Support with induction and onboarding administration" Issue ID and access cards to all new starters" Process starters and leavers" Support Resourcing Specialist and HR Business Partners with provision of MI and KPI trackingThe ideal HR Administrator will have:" Strong administration and organisational skills" Experience of high-volume administration" Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills" Great IT skills: - intermediate experience with Excel and some knowledge of PowerPoint" Experience of GDPR compliance and an understanding of the confidentiality required within a HR departmentWorking Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00pm however there can be some flexibility if the ideal HR Administrator wants to work 08:00am -16:30pm / 09:00am - 17:30pm.Please note this role is intially a 12 month contract and given the access to site you must be able to drive to be considered for this exciting role!Interested to know more Please call Hayley or Alex at Pertemps Birmingham Industrial Division to find out more or click apply today!
