Our Public Sector client based in Birmingham is currently looking for an Administrator to support their Human Resources Early Talent Team. This will be Monday to Friday, usually 9.00am to 5.00pm however the successful candidate must have a degree of flexibilityin line with the needs of the business. This is a temporary assignment, paying £12.90, and is currently hybrid working with two days in the office and the rest home working.Through this role you will support the specialists in the team to ensure that programme performance is managed and monitored in line with KPIs, business objectives and any regulatory/government requirements.Your main duties will include:* Managing day to day activity on the Departments Apprenticeship Levy accounts and liaising directly with Apprentice Training Providers as necessary* Supporting the bidding and allocation process for Fast Stream, Social Diversity Internships, and Care Leavers Schemes - including liaison with managers as directed* Supporting the identification of Training Providers for individual apprentices or programmes* Supporting enrolments for individuals onto all career entry schemes throughout the year* Monitoring the provision of management information relevant to each scheme (e.g. on apprentice progression; number of Fast Stream or Care Leaver bids)* Supporting the development and delivery of internal promotional events (e.g. for National Apprenticeship Week or National Learning at Work Week)* Maintaining records and spreadsheets and ensuring that scheme data is accurate and up to date* Managing scheme mailboxes and providing advice and guidance to queries from managers and employees* Updating the relevant scheme information on the Groups intranet and maintaining records on share-pointThe client is looking for candidates that have specifically managing multiple email mail boxes, has a proficiency in Excel and Share Point and using databases.
