Job Description

Receptionist/HostAbout our clientWe are currently partnering with a leading FMCG vape business that is dedicated to delivering high-quality vaping products and accessories to customers worldwide. This company prioritises innovation, safety, and customer satisfaction. They are seeking a dynamicreceptionist or host to join their team and provide exceptional service to their clients and visitors.About the RoleAs the receptionist or host, you will have the opportunity to be the face of a thriving FMCG business. You will be responsible for creating a positive and welcoming environment for all visitors and guests, managing the reception area, and assisting with variousadministrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office/ meeting roomsKey Responsibilities

  • Greeting and Welcoming Guests: Warmly welcome all visitors and guests to the office, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable from the moment they arrive.
  • Organising the meeting room: for no overbooking and ensuring the room is ready for the next meeting
  • Organising: Coffee, drinks, lunches for the clients in accordance to their cultural preferences
  • Handling Mail and Deliveries: Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages, as well as arrange outgoing shipments as required.
  • Purchasing or organising anything that is needed for guests and staff
  • Maintaining Visitor Records: Keep accurate records of visitor information and sign-in/out procedures, ensuring compliance with security protocols.
Ideal Candidate
  • Previous experience in a receptionist/customer service, or hospitality role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour.
  • Organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using office equipment, such as telephones, printers, and computers.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
