As part of the housing management department, we are seeking an individual who will work closely with the Income Team Leader to run a slick homeownership service. You will be responsiblefor all aspects of frontline housing management of Tridents shared ownership and leasehold homes, as well as supporting the development of processes and working practices.The Home Ownership Officers duties include the recovery of rent/ service charges, staircasing and resales, leasehold consultations, resolving disputes and queries, RTB and RTA and other housing management activities such as ASB and lease breaches.About You
