If you are a dedicated professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptionalservice, we invite you to join us in this exciting role.Job title:Help Desk OperatorLocation: Birmingham City CentreEmployment type: Full time, Monday to FridayWorking type: Hybrid workingSalary: £23,000 - £27,000Key duties of the role:• Handle incoming calls for our London Head Office, effectively addressing inquiries and redirecting them as needed, while managing the main Service Desk call stream.• Receive, record, and process telephone and email requests using the Riskwise Service Desk (SD) module from various stakeholders, including tenants, clients, site staff, and suppliers.• Assist the Facilities Management (FM) team in monitoring service delivery to customers based at different sites.• Support the FM team in achieving a minimum of 80% resolution of reactive and planned work orders within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) timeframes.• Understand and uphold Health and Safety responsibilities related to Facilities/Property Services, especially in the absence of the FM, promptly reporting any issues as required.• Assist with integrating orders from the RiskWise system into our Proactis finance system.• Contribute to the initial implementation/onboarding phase by ensuring property and relevant information is accurately loaded into the Riskwise system.Your values:• Strive for high customer and tenant satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.• Meet stated deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively.• Act as a supportive team player, assisting and collaborating with all team members.• Demonstrate excellent communication skills in person, on the phone, and through email.• Actively build and nurture relationships internally and externally.The ideal candidate• 1-2 years’ experience of working in a similar role• Customer service experience• Pleasant and confident telephone mannerDoes the above sound like the role you have been waiting to take on CLICK BELOW AND APPLY NOW!
