About the Healthcare Assistant Position Would you like to support a young girl to fulfill her goals in accessing her education and providing support in her family home of an evening and weekend If so then Advantage Healthcare have the opportunity for you.We are looking to recruit dedicated Health Care Assistants to provide support to a little girl who has Cerebral Palsy and Global Development Delay. Her needs involve supporting her with manual handling, personal care, administering her nutritional intakevia her NG Tube and oral suctioning.Mobility is limited however she is a quick little mover when it comes to crawling around and loves playing on her trampoline. This little girl also enjoys her cuddly toys listening and playing musical instruments and is a born entertainer.A Somali speaker is advantageous but not essential.Healthcare Assistants ideally will have worked with similar clinical complex care, however full complex care training and support will be provided to you.Hours of work will be;Monday - Friday 07:00-19:00Monday - Sunday 22:00 - 07:00 Waking NightLocation - West Midlands - SolihullWe can offer you:
