Job Description

We are looking for fully qualified Health Visitors who are dynamic, motivated, flexible and enthusiastic; to join our well established Health Visiting Department.   • Health Visitors in Sandwell & West Birmingham Hospitals NHS Trust (SWBH) work within corporate teams and are supported by Community Nursery Nurses, a Health Visitor Contact Centre and are led and managed by Health Visitor Team Leaders. All Health Visitors are supported by the safeguarding unit and access safeguarding supervision for vulnerable families from specialist NSPCC trained supervisors. In addition to this, specialist safeguarding Health Visitors develop and deliver safeguarding training to further enhance Health Visiting skills and knowledge.Applicants should have good organisational abilities, excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively, utilising electronic and manual systems.
