Job Description

KM Recruitment is a specialist UK wide recruiter for the Skills and Employability sectors.Job Title:Health and Social Care Trainer / Assessor Location:Home/Field based - Must be flexible with travel across North West / Yorkshire / Midlands Salary:£28,000 Package:Excellent Benefits Package, Pension, Expenses + much more Type:Full Time, Permanent Essential Criteria:

  • Must hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA
  • Ideally have experience of delivering full Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care - though this is not essential, as our client can train you up!
  • Must have occupational competency at Management level within an Elderly care environment.
  • Full, clean, UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
  • Must be flexible with travel.
Duties include:
  • Assess and support a caseload oflearners working towards Health and Social Care Apprenticeships up to Level 5.
  • Support learners with Functional Skills Maths and English.
  • Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely reviews and meetings are conducted.
  • Conduct online video meetings and training sessions with learners.
  • Organise and maintain documentation on learners progress.
  • Support, advise and motivate learners.
  • Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
