This provider is well established and was recently awarded a Grade 2 - Good - by Oftsed in 2021 for their delivery.This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly expanding organisation who specialise in supporting unemployed adults back into sustainable employmentThe role of the Tutor/Assessors is to facilitate learning that will increase learners knowledge, skills and behaviours. Through the provision of teaching, support and guidance tutors enable development and progression through their programmes.The role is 40 hours a week but these can be done flexibly to meet learner need. For example you may elect to start at 6am on certain days or work late to capture learners in their place of work. The role is primarily remote delivery face to face on sitewithin various employer locations.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver teaching and learning in the workplace that inspires and challenges learners to be the best they can be. Conduct regular assessment of learnersDeliver levels 2 and 3 via AEB funding to employed adults in care settings - these are short courses that are delivered over a few weeksPlan for teaching, learning and assessmentConduct regular reviews of progress with learners and employersProvide information, advice and guidanceCoach and mentor learners to support developmentMonitor and report on learner progress and concernsHold TAQA/A1/D32/33 or equivalentRelevant sector qualifications (Minimum of Level 3)Relevant occupational experienceExcellent communication and time management skillsAbility to inspire and motivate learnersFull current driving licenceLaptop, Tablet, Mobile phone are provided as is enrolment into the company pensions scheme with 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.This is an exciting role with immediate start available for the right candidate
