Job Description

A player/manager role, you will be responsible for the Marketing and Communications division; developing and implementing Brand, Marketing and Communications strategy and campaigns.Client DetailsMichael Page are delighted to be retained by a listed; commercial lighting manufacturer based in Birmingham. Operating out of the UK, Nordics, Middle East and South East Asia, this company have seen continued growth over the last few years and are lookingfor a successful Head of Brand Marketing and Communications to build out their Marketing function, playing a key role in their further success.DescriptionKey duties for the role will include but not be limited to:

  • This newly created role is responsible for the development and internationalisation of 2 key brands.
  • What has been a localised approach will develop into a common brand development execution that requires an experienced professional to lead it.
  • The business operates on a B2B basis, with requirements to build relationships and influence all along the supply chain from Distributors up to Architects depending on the business and specific offer.
  • The role will also incorporate managing a small team to develop and then execute strategic / tactical marketing programmes to support the needs of each business unit.
  • Building relationships with internal/external stakeholders and external comms.
Profile- Successful B2B Marketing Manager/Head of Marketing with a proven track record in building Marketing functions, ideally with an international remit- Familiar with all marketing and media channels - including online/digital- Can tangibly demonstrate "brand building" capabilities & experience- Strong communication skills with ability to deliver clear messages through presentation, written and verbal mediums- Ability to positively influence and communicate with stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external- Posses a pro-active, positive & resilient attitude with a can do approachJob OfferMy client is offering a high visibility role with great prospects for growth and development.
