REED Legal are delighted to be supporting a very exciting PE backed SME business in the Pharma/Medical sector to recruit a permanent senior solicitor/head of legal.This role, based in Birmingham, will work closely with the CEO.This position will initially be stand alone and will be responsible for -1. Reviewing, updating and negotiating customer and supplier agreements2. Reviewing and updating company compliance3. Leading contact with external regulators such as the MHRA and CQCIdeally the successful candidate will have some experience in the pharmaceutical, medical, life sciences, bio-tech or related sectors.You will be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with clear and demonstrable experience with commercialcontracts, compliance and negotiation.Salary available is £75-95k doe plus benefits.
