Head of IT, Merger, M&A, Busienss Seperation, Project Manager- Birmingham- Fixed Term I am currently seeking the Skills of a seasoned Head of IT, who has ideally worked within the Housing, Property, Building or Construction Sector and has experience of Seperating parts of business units during a Merger or Acquisiton (M&A). It would also helpif this person is technically minded and has worked on Microsoft Stack Projects. 6 month FTC initially £65k- £75k (per annum)£610 per month (£7320 per annum)20% bonus3% company pension contribute from each party.3 days in the office- Birmingham * The role will be responsible for developing and delivering a portfolio of change projects that will ensure the business can change and improve its operational processes and delivery* Guide the business through a Merger and Aqcuisition (M&A) and be able to build a future IT team to support the new business.* Being Technically minded will help, as well as working on Microsoft Stack projects. * The Head of IT will own IT Service Delivery and Business Relationship Management on behalf of the CFO for all IT services delivered by the IT team and 3rd party IT suppliers.* The services will be delivered through the management of internal and external resources, vendors and service providers* The role will be responsible for vendor management of external IT suppliers in support of the CFO.* The Head of IT will be responsible for defining, maintaining, and improving service levels through the application of ITIL principles covering Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration, IT Service Continuity, IT security, IT procurement, Quality and Risk Management.Head of IT, Merger, M&A, Busienss Seperation, Project Manager- Birmingham- Fixed Term If youre a Head of IT or a Leader that has managed M&A Projects, ideally within the house builder or construction sector, then i would love to hear from you.Talent Today are acting as a Recruitment Company in relation to this position.
