This multi award-winning business is widely recognised for their outstanding customer service and product lines.This is a high-profile role offering autonomy, challenge and the opportunity to play a key part in the future strategic direction and success of this growing group.The RoleReporting directly to the CFO and interacting with key stakeholders in the business, you will be responsible for heading up a small team and management of the end-to-end financial reporting and controls across the group. You will work closely with the Boardand senior management team providing support on a number of key strategic initiatives. This role will oversee the development and implementation of new reporting techniques to ensure "best in class" performance throughout the group as well as owning the riskregister, leading treasury management and ensuring full group consolidation under IFRS.The PersonAs a qualified ACA or ACCA Accountant with demonstrable post-qualified experience gained in industry or a Big 4/Top 10 practice, you will have strong financial reporting skills and proven management experience.
