The Role The firms highly rated employment team handles a wide range of excellent quality contentious and non-contentious work including advisory work on HR issues, disputes related work in tribunal and courts, drafting employment documentation, employee relations and transaction/outsourcing work. The teams workload is increasingly top end, complex, premium work and accordingly they are working to strengthen their capacity further. The firm require a National Head of Employment to join the team and drive the national practice forward. You will drive the strategic growth of the national practice, develop the team, increase headcount and bring in a range of exciting new clients whilst maintaining the existing relationships that the firm have in place. This is an excellent opportunity to drive a top 100 firms national practice and shape and take ownership of the future direction of the practice.
