The team is particularly strong in managing significant commercial contractslitigation, corporate & shareholder disputes, breach of directorships, partnership disputes and enforcement work.The firm is keen to appoint a Head of Commercial Litigation to work alongside and to lead a successful and dedicated team of directors, associates and paralegals.
