Their dispute resolution team is a high profile and significant litigation practice with a broad range of local, regional and national clients.You will have a strong background in dealing with a range of clients from limited companies, substantial corporates, SMEs, OMBs, entrepreneurs and partnerships. You will lead a highly capable, driven and technical team of lawyers. You can expect to be involvedin:
  • Commercial Contracts
  • Corporate and Shareholder Disputes
  • Breach of Directorships
