IDEX Consulting are exclusively engaged on behalf of a fast-growth, Independent National Wealth Management firm, in their search for a Head of Business Intelligence to develop and deliver the end-to-end data strategy for the business.Our client provides pensions, investments and corporate advice to both individuals and businesses across the UK, with a long and illustrious history within the sector and a commitment to honest, reliable and client-centric service.This is an exceptional career opportunity for an experienced Head of BI or BI Leader with experience within the wealth management space, whos looking to be part of a scaling and rapidly growing market-leader who cares about their data assets, with wide scope for both responsibility and future opportunity.You will be expected to commute to offices across Birmingham and Reading in the short- to medium-term and will be experienced in agile working.What were searching for:

Applied BI experience within the wealth management sector and an understanding of pre- and post-RDR products

Experience of managing and leading a business intelligence team within financial services

Technically competent with Intelligent Office

Scoped, designed, built, implemented and developed data strategies using tools such as Tableau or PowerBI

Establish and grow best practices for KPI/Metrics definition

Exposure of internal and external executive stakeholder management

Proficient in data-related fields, data security, data mining and the design and architecture of databases and applications via SQL, SSIS, SSRS, ETL, Datawarehouse or similar

Experience of carrying out due-diligence on business acquisitions

Project management experience
