Job Description

An excellent opportunity to join as their Head of Account Management, You will be responsible for the development and growth of the account management function, working with your own accounts and leading a small team deliver against the overall company objectives.Client DetailsA technology provider within the Edtech sector who has already seen exciting growth over recent years and have ambitious future plans.DescriptionAs the Head of Account Management, you will

  • Develop and execute a plan to deliver the company growth objectives
  • Take ownership individually for some of their highest profile accounts
  • Work closely with the Sales Director to set growth targets
  • Set targets for the team and ensure their delivery through effective coaching
  • Develop an understanding of customer needs and how to meet those needs
  • Work with partners as required
  • Create and run KPIs reports
  • Ensure appropriate use of data to monitor performance against the pipeline forecast
  • Ensure AMs have high quality plans and are actively working to achieve these objectives
  • Work on complex bids where required
ProfileAs the Head of Account Management, you will:
  • Ideally have experience selling into the Education (schools) sector, preferably technology solutions.
  • Experience selling technology solutions into Corporate would be considered, such as security focussed technology
  • Be hands on with accounts with account management responsibility
  • Have some experience of leading small teams or looking to progress your career into some leadership
  • Be a strong communicator and good presentation skills
  • Proven track record of delivering revenue growth
  • Experience of analysing detailed data to inform strategic planning
  • Ideally live around Leicester, Birmingham, Nottingham and travel to accounts, working remotely but happy to attend their office once a week (not every week)
Job OfferUp to £70,000 Basic Salary + OTE
