The ideal candidate will be looking to start a career as a PrimaryTeacher and be excited to start learning the key skills that will one day make them an outstanding practitioner.The RoleThe students you will be working with are likely to include high numbers of pupils with EAL and SEN requirements. This has created an interesting, vibrant atmosphere at the school and will give you the chance to practice working with more challenging students.Working alongside 8 other graduates who share your passion for primary education, you will be offered extensive training in areas such as phonics and literacy etc. In addition, you will have the opportunity to lead a small group of children on your own, helpingraise attainment levels and bridging the gap between them and their peers. You will also start or help with lunchtime/afterschool clubs.
