That sounds nice, what is it really Well, its a team of consultants with lots of experience helpingcompanies find ways to grow and do things better and faster.We work on projects (called engagements) with customers (called clients) on long term projects to make their businesses grow. This is done by looking at the business and working out what could be done better and then apply processes, theory and experienceto help them find ways to grow. Many of our clients are start-ups or are entering new markets and so need our skills injecting to get them running.So why do we need you We are looking to add sales as a service to our clients and also need to sell our services to new clients. In our previous lives we have been responsible for global Sales organisations, we have trained a great many salespeople andcoached them into field Sales and Sales management positions.You will be tasked with working for different clients, sometimes responding to leads, sometimes prospecting to find customers, sometimes emailing and calling with a purpose not just cold calling, dont worry.Sales is not a dirty word. Sales is helping people. Sales is winning, Sales is not cutthroat, stay late kill or be killed. Sales is psychology, getting to know people, showing off products. Sales is amazing and Sales pays. But you need to get there, youdont just arrive you do the work, learn the skills and learn the why. This is a job to start you on that journey.We work in niche markets; our clients sell products that range from £5000 to £250,000, we are not selling handsets or insurance.
