Job Description

Are you an ambitious and proactive individual interested in a progressive role in the recruitment industryKatie Bard, based in Birmingham city centre, are currently looking for a bright graduate-level individual to join our empowering recruitment scheme,with amazing opportunity for development and excellent earning potential!The ideal candidate will have:

  • A 2:1 degree or equivalent
  • A desire to succeed in the recruitment industry
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent time-management skills
The successful applicant will start in a front-facing role, and be responsible for:
  • Meeting and greeting candidates and visitors
  • Registering candidates processing all paperwork
  • Operating the switchboard
  • Developing projects and reports to present to the CEO
Thisinitial role lasts between 3-6 months and you then will have the opportunity to progress and work within a team, benefitingfrom our incredible commission and profit share schemes!Katie Bard will be managing your application in accordance with the GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
