You will be working within the Engineering team, with an opportunity to develop a unique client base andearn uncapped commission.You will recieve bespoke training alongside our company director, where you will learn all aspects of 360 recruitment and have the opportunity to be an independent, established recruiter within your first 6 months.Key Duties

  • Building strong working relationships with clients
  • Conducting market research to understand client and industry needs
  • Attracting candidates through quality advertising
  • Profiling candidates and understanding their skillset/matching to client needs
  • Working with enthusiasm and a positive attitude
  • Utilising sales skills to close deals and aid business growth
Person Specification
  • 2.1 or 1st class bachelors degree, within any subject area
  • 1-2 years experience in a sales/telesales environment desirable; the right attitude and a desire to learn is essential!
  • Sociable with excellent communication skills and telephone manner
  • Ambitious
  • Target-driven
  • Motivated by targets and financial reward
  • Able to manage workload in a high-pressure office environment
  • Enthusiastic with a positive attitude
  • Computer-literate
  • Excellent written communication skills
