Job Description

My client is a global firm keen to drive change and innovation and to move with the firm in-line with changing times.This role is key within the business and holds responsibility for the recruitment of the firms graduate trainees and apprentices. You will be involved right across the spectrum of graduate and legal apprentice recruitment activity. Your role will be key to recruiting high calibre and diverse talent and promoting the company brand as a graduate employer of choice.The role is busy and varied and will entail:

  • Building relationships with key stakeholders to deliver effective graduate and apprentice strategy.
  • Improving candidate attraction through proactive work with Universities and Education providers.
  • Managing local campus activities looking at innovative ways to increase brand awareness working closely with campus ambassadors.
  • You will manage the full recruitment process including screening applications, video interviews, assessments centres and wash up sessions.
  • Representing the brand in the external market with school leavers including presentations and careers fairs.
  • Managing the candidate tracking system and providing recruitment reporting metrics.
  • Engaging with future trainees to keep robust relationships.
  • Managing work experience placements and all social media activity.
  • Supporting the team with key projects.
