Job Description

Role Introduction We are looking for an adaptable and dynamic individual to join our Procurement team. A remote work posting, in this role you will be working within the existing procurement team contributing to delivering accurate and timely processing of orders and enquiries.Responsibilities will include liaising with sales and pre-sales teams to provide pricing for opportunities, processing of orders, and end to end procurement, both internally and for a wide customer base. What You Will Do

  • Working closely with internal stakeholders at all levels across the business
  • Work toward reducing costs for the business through careful negotiation and spend management
  • Managing relationships with key suppliers to the business to ensure continued good service and value is received
  • Liaise with finance and legal to improve procurement and contract processes across the business
What You Will Have
  • Ability to interpret and analyse data
  • Strong communication skills and an inquisitive mind,able to communicate at all levels.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and ability to prioritise and manage own workload
  • Able to use initiative, but also work well within a team and have a willingness to contribute new ideas and improvements
  • Flexible and adaptable in your response to inquiries in a dynamic environment
  • Able to grasp new IT systems and processes quickly
