A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a fluent German speaker with sales, account management or customer service experience to join a global parts supplier that supplies into a vast amount of manufacturing & engineering businesses across Europe.They are so busy at the moment! They have an international team in head office and are opening a new office in central Birmingham where they are establishing another international team.At the moment they are getting so many enquiries in from German that are unable to service all. So this is a great role for someone to come in and add value.The start of this role will be very reactive due to the influx of enquiries. As you become more experience you will account manager customers brought on during this time and then you will begin to re-introduce to lapsed clients and previous enquiriesBasic salary = £30,000 per annumCommission structure = uncapped, % of the revenue you bring in per month. Expected fir year OTE would be £48,000 (£18,000 as commission)Benefits = Hybrid working following probation (2 days working from home), pension, healthcare scheme, life assurance, paid studies, childcare vouchersDuties include: Reacting to incoming enquiries from German customers Processing orders Calling new and dormant customers to create new enquiries to start growing your account base Qualification of web enquiries in a timely manner to exceed customer expectations Maximising sales opportunities to ensure you are exceeding daily, weekly and monthly targets Confidently build relationships with key decision makers to ensure company is part of their preferred supply chain. Using your initiative, commercial experience and awesome selling techniques to gain the best result. This will include negotiating payment terms, supplier choices and competitive pricing strategies Establish a portfolio of repeat customers that matches our service offering Winning and growing your business with the goal of promotion to Account ManagerThe ideal candidate for this role: Must be fluent in German Having proven B2B sales experience is highly desirable Be able to multitask in a high pressured environment A positive attitude with a winning mentality Can commute to Birmingham City Centre where the office is basedTherefore if you are looking for a rewarding job, with good earning potential where you can use your German skills then this is the role for you.Do not hesitate and apply today.
